Steph joined the Gather team in 2024 and currently serves as Volunteer Coordinator. In this role, she manages volunteer scheduling and helps recruit and train a diverse team of volunteers across all Gather programs. Steph brings strong organizational skills and extensive volunteer experience with nonprofits focused on social equity and the environment. 

Deeply passionate about Gather's mission, Steph loves connecting with and supporting our volunteers. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and hiking, and being a mom to her two busy, growing boys.
