The mission of the Gather Café is to address food insecurity among students by providing affordable, delicious, and nourishing meals.

Located on the first floor of Great Bay Community College, the Café is open to students, faculty, staff, and the wider public.  

Great Bay students receive 50% off all purchases. Full price meals help make these discounts possible. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, lunch, coffee, or ordering catering, every purchase supports student food security. 

Food Insecurity Among College Students

Nearly 41% of U.S. college students face food insecurity, and among community college students, that number climbs to approximately 48%.* 

Rising costs often force students to make difficult choices between paying bills and eating well.  

The Gather Café opened in 2022 to help remove that barrier by providing affordable, nutritious, and delicious meal options in a welcoming environment, where every student feels comfortable.

Cash, Card and Venmo are the accepted forms of payment.

STUDENT DISCOUNT: Students are eligible to receive 50% off their meal when a GBCC ID is shown.
