Nathan LeBrecque, Cooking 4 Community Production Chef

Nathan Labrecque serves as Gather's Production Chef, overseeing all cooking production for Gather's Cooking 4 Community program and helping transform rescued and donated food into nutritious meals for community members across the Seacoast. He leads daily meal planning and production, works alongside volunteers, and ensures meals are healthy, well-balanced, and accommodate a variety of dietary needs.

Nathan brings more than a decade of experience in food and beverage operations, including leadership roles in restaurants, hotels, and event venues. Most recently, he served as Special Events Chef at Cliff House Maine, where he oversaw event operations, led a team of 16–20 employees, managed vendors and food quality, and developed seasonal and custom menus. He has also held culinary and food and beverage management positions in Maine and Colorado, overseeing teams, large-scale events, ordering, inventory, and food production.

For Nathan, a career in food service has always been about serving others. He appreciates the opportunity to bring that same spirit of service to Gather and contribute to an organization that makes a difference in the community.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys hiking and camping. Growing up in a family of 11 siblings, cooking has always been an important part of his life.
