Erik serves as Gather's Food Acquisition Coordinator, helping ensure a steady supply of nutritious food reaches the organization's pantry, culinary programs, and community distribution efforts. He coordinates pickups from major food donors, such as the New Hampshire Food Bank, regional distributors, and Gather's food rescue partners, playing a key role in keeping fresh and shelf-stable food moving efficiently to community members in need. 

After graduating from Plymouth State University in 2022, Erik joined Mr. Sippy BBQ in Rochester, where he advanced to a management role. That experience strengthened his skills in operations, teamwork, and food service while preparing him for the fast-paced logistics and coordination required in Gather's food acquisition efforts. 

Erik is grateful for the opportunity to work in a role that allows him to serve his community each day. Knowing that the food he helps rescue and distribute directly supports local families makes his work both rewarding and purposeful. 

Outside of work, Erik enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with his cat.
