Nichole began her journey in food systems work as an organic farmer in upstate New York in 2012. Recognizing the urgent need to address food system change on the systemic level, she transitioned to working at nonprofit organizations dedicated to ending hunger.

Armed with a Master's degree in Public Policy from Tufts University, she leverages her knowledge to drive transformative systems change. As Corporate and Foundation Relations Director at Gather NH, Nichole is responsible for cultivating and stewarding corporate partners and foundation donors.

Outside of work, she is also an avid roller skater, fantasy book reader, and lover of animals and plants!
