Ally Lynch
Gleaning and Gardening Manager

Ally serves as Gather's Gardening and Gleaning Manager, leading the organization's efforts to increase access to fresh, locally grown produce for neighbors across the Seacoast. She oversees four community gardens, coordinates produce distribution across Gather's programs, and partners with local farms and volunteers to recover nutritious food that might otherwise go to waste.

Ally's background combines sustainable agriculture with international humanitarian work. Before joining Gather, she served as Assistant Harvest Manager at Heron Pond Farm, where she helped manage crop production, greenhouse operations, and harvest planning. With a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Loyola University Maryland, Ally has also spent time coordinating logistics for humanitarian missions across Africa. These experiences have fostered and shaped her collaborative approach to growing, recovering, and distributing fresh food.

Ally loves that her role brings together farming, environmental stewardship, education, and community service. She loves witnessing the immediate impact that local, fresh food has on families throughout the region.

Outside of work, Ally enjoys exploring the outdoors with her kids, cooking over a campfire, chasing her family's new baby chicks, and discovering new hiking trails.
