Ally started working in Gather’s Warehouse in October 2023. In 2025, she started taking over Gather’s Gleaning and Gardening programs.

Before Gather, Ally worked at an international nonprofit that worked to aid in the effects of hunger and prevent malnutrition worldwide. After starting a family, she pursued her love of being outdoors by working on a four-season vegetable farm in South Hampton, NH. Her love of food evolved into a passion for locally-sourced food and the desire to share that with others. Outside of Gather, she loves cooking, gardening, woodworking, and spending time with her family.
